Depending on type of customer this workflow might differ,
but to keep it simple, in this example we take a typical infographic shortfilm to show off a product, service or workflow for a client.

1.Brief.
We begin with an initial meeting where we talk about your current product and what your goals are with the video brand project.
Some questions we may talk about are:
What audience are you communicating to with the brand?
What is the target audience of the product?
What are the key features you want to come through in the process.
What is the current competition, how does the competition show off their product?
What emotions do we want to project to the target.

* At this stage we collect as much intel as we can on the ideas the client has, and what they expect from the project.

2.Creative Brainstorming.
The second stage is that we brainstorm creatively to find a good way to communicate the message and key features of your product
to the target audience in a short but effective way. We create a short brief explaining the idea for the final product in rough forms.
This might include a short storyboard with a basic outline of the flow and a rough copy to get the idea of how we will evoke the desired emotions in the audience.
It will give the client a good insight on what we plan to do with them and what the budget might be.
If we have several ideas we will display the PROs and CONs of the different ideas.

3.Production.
When we have agreed on the project and confirmed the brief and budget with the client the production cycle begins.
We develop a complete storyboard with images and a copy for the film.
During this stage we might have several meetings to follow up the production and milestones.

4.Delivery.
We now have a nice infographic video finished ready to launch on the companys youtube/vimeo channel and ready to be spread on social media channels.

In this meeting we may find
Maybe you have a new product brand in need of a graphical profile (logo, colors etc.)?
Maybe you have a new company with a blank profile in need of a full graphic profile and communication strategy.
Maybe you have an old company where you want to enhance the graphical profile with a modern sleek look?
Maybe your brand needs a infographic film to communicate their service or product.

Depending on type of customer this workflow might differ,
but to generalize we could take a typical product app project where the customer has a vague idea of an app for their brand.
